on Friday while i was on bus 72 otw way, i saw a banner from Hougang CC..
they are going to hold a Halloween party at blk 627 (Hougang)!!
there will be Halloween games and activities..
the ticket is only $3..
and the residents who will be coming must dress up and there will be a winner for the best Halloween costume..
gosh how i wish i could go with lots of friends..
but i know who would want to dress up like a ghost then have to wash back all the make up and change up before heading home???
i know im the only one who would want to experience Halloween??
hmm i think so..?
the purpose of me wanting to experience all of these festives not because of e spiritual stuff or what..
its just to respect and understand other's cultures and have fun..
i dont see any harm..
for some who may have known me long enough, they should know i will be very excited on Hari Raya, Christmas and Halloween because i have experienced good childhood moments on those periods..
that is why i want to revive back the emotions and atmosphere..
same goes with other festive celebrations like Deepavali, Chinese New Year and many more!
some people may give this "attitude", why must celebrate others' festive seasons??
or indifferent and give this strong emotion when other race celebrates other races' festive season?

after i took the mini yellow tablet for flu ytdy, my nose has no more mucus and i have stopped sneezing already..
when i woke up this morning i feel much better but i have lots of phlegm..
i have been breathing like a fish..
i have been gasping for air through my mouth.. bleargh!
hopefully tmr i will be fine..
bekox in class just now with my phlegm and feeling breathless, i feel veryyy... hmmm... lemau???
when we stepped in for our 1st class, Ms Kathy asked so many qns to us to get to know us well by asking what we did for our holidays, did we work, etc..
to the point i cant be bothered because firstly she asked too many qns and maybe because of my phlegm..
leceh lah berbual banyak2..
when u have lots of phlegm, u wouldnt want to talk so much..
nevertheless, she's a very nice person..
then somehow she talked about how to protect ourselves when we are going back home alone at night..
she taught us to hold our keys with the sharp edges pointing outwards for protection..
so if we are being attacked, our first reflex action will be waving, dodging or whatever with our hands and of course the sharp edges of the keys will hurt the culprit..
and u know what???
i have been doing that!!!
haha! but i learnt it thru watching Heartlanders..
oh ya, lastly..

ytdy i watched a very good horror Hindi movie from Youtube..
the title is "Haunted"..
it is very interesting, shocking, scary and heartwarming movie..
it's about this guy, Rehan, whose father bought a new house because of a legal deal or something (i dont understand because it's some business stuff), has to come back to check on that house all the way from London or Australia or America (i think) because one of his servants died and the other 2 servants warned him not to live in the house and they quit..
Rehan did not believe in ghost so he stayed in the house because his father instructed him to stay in the house for 10 days if not they will lose the deal..
indeed, the house is haunted..
every night Rehan will hear woman's screams (it never fails to shocked me out of my life!)..
he then believed there's something in the house and installed cameras everywhere but when he checked the video back, the video was spolit..
one night, the ghost dropped a book and when Rehan picked up, there's a letter..
letter of the truth..
80 years ago, Meera, who was nearly raped by his piano professor managed to escape when she hit him with a metal thing..
the professor died on the spot because of the profusing blood from his head..
since he died in Meera's house, his soul became evil spirit and can haunt Meera in that very house easily..
everyday he killed Meera's caregiver and 2 servants consecutively..
he beheaded them and hang their heads on the front gate, car and hid one of the heads in laundry basket..
he is sick man!! it's scary i tell u..
so Meera was left alone in the house because her parents went out of town for 2 weeks!
thats why her caregiver has to take of her..
and u know what??
the professor, an evil spirit raped Meera every night..
can u imagine??
a ghost can rape a human every night???
it is simply ruthless and disgusting???!!!
finally she hang herself..
when Rehan read the letter, he swore he wanted to free Meera's spirit from the house because although she's dead, the professor's spirit still abused and raped her..
from there, "someone" came to Rehan and said he's the only one who can help Meera..
suddenly, Rehan was brought back 80 years ago and tried to change Meera's history..
i tell u i feel the intense when it is so difficult for Rehan to get rid of the professor's spirit..
he is so strong!
there's challenges after challenges and mishap after mishap..
im the one who felt angry..
i really recommend this movie to all of u..
watch it!
i recommended this movie to Abil and he watched it!!
he shared the same opinion with me..

im having movie marathon now before school starts..
i just watched The Spy Next Door and now im watching Hocus Pocus (a witch story)..
both movies have something to do with Halloween..
when watching them kind of want to experience real Halloween myself with friends!
it's fun to put on interesting and scary costumes such as frankenstein, banshee, vampire, etc and go around houses to collect candies and chocolates!

it's just very difficult, there must be something that will wreck the core of your nerves..
but to think rationally and logically, if u have the passion u will never give up..
to me, although i havent started working as a full fledged teacher, by listening to all these stories can actually widen my perspective, knowledge and mentally prepared for mishap..
i love children and most importantly teaching and demonstrating them new things in their life..
there's tonnes of things that we can teach them; experiments, arts, songs, rhymes and many more!
the moment they sing or recall back what they have learnt, i think it's the most fulfilling day for me..

the most important thing Early Childhood teachers tak kan putus rezeki because this industry has become more prevalent..

I feel so happy today!
Went out with Umi, Mas n Abil to find Mas' bf bday present..
We went to several places to find good gifts..
Thats when we saw a bugs bunny mascot!
We took photo with it!
It was so cute!
Then proceeded on to Zara to get more presents which Abil leaded us to tis shortcut way..
And i was amazed bkoz e place was so alien to me..
We walked thru raffles link basement and there were lots of amazing shops..
We saw several pet shops too..
Then we reached Zara at marina square..
We had hard time deciding which perfume smells e best..
We kept spraying and smelling till we got confused which smell belongs to which bottle..
When Mas made her payment, my eye was attached to tis tee..
It has diamonds and sparkles on it!!!!!
Omg! I told Abil i am so gonna get that tee..
Luckily there wasnt much sale so i dnt have to grit my teeth..
I enjoyed today!

Surveyed some cupcakes at e net just nw; designs, package n price..
Some of e shops have wonderful designs bt few variety while some have a colossal of samples bt e designs arent eye-catching..
Decided to survey bkoz last week i attended my cousin's engagement banquet and e dulang hantaran by e girl's side was so pretty..
She gave 3 cakes, 1 fruit basket, 1 huge agar2, apam pisang and i cant remember e rest..
We got to taste e cake and e chocolate cake fudge was so damn moist n sweet!
I wonder where she got e cake, and thats y i surveyed for it =)

I really cant swallow e fact that the contestants are being scolded vulgarity..

Once, the diners were children and they heard Chef Ramsey's yellings since its an open kitchen and they wrote what they heard on a piece of paper..
The restaurant manager or waiter saw it and advised e children not to emulate aftr Chef Ramsey..
How are they suppose nt to use those wrds when Chef Ramsey used it freely?
I watched that show bekoz i love to cook however i only watched when they cooked individually and Chef Ramsey just have to taste it w/o scolding vulgarity..
Thats bout it just wanna express my opinion aftr watching it for several episodes =)

u know very well that i love to listen to MJ12 right?
and i MUST tell u this story because it is very creepy to the core of an apple haha! jk =P
nevetheless it is scary kox when i told this story to Abil, he had the jitters and was silent for 1minute after i told the story..

In Thailand (deep kampong area), there's this Thai-Muslim guy whose wife had passed away. However, every night the wife appeared at the house windows or doors. The wife would cry and weep. The guy was shocked out of his life and luckily he is sane enough to know that, that wasnt his wife but maybe a demon/ghost. He was the only one who saw his "wife" but one night he saw his daughter talking to someone at the window. When he came closer he saw his wife at the window. He quickly slammed the window and pulled his daughter. He asked who his daughter saw and she replied, "Mama". He advised his daughter not to go to the window again because that's not her mother.

That was the last straw and he went to seek help from a Bomoh. The Bomoh said he was lucky enough that someone had shielded his house after his wife's death and that was why his wife could only stood at the window or door. The Bomoh said although the house had been read with some prayers, his wife will still come back. The only solution is to ask the guy to sleep in his wife's coffin at the grave for 3 nights. The guy thought very long because he was frightened but for the sake of his daughter's life and safety he will do it.

So the next night, the Bomoh got 2 helpers to dig the grave and carry the guy's wife (still covered with white shroud) out. So the guy went in the coffin and the helpers PLACED THE WIFE ON TOP OF HIM AND ASKED HIM TO SLEEP. After the mission has completed, the wife stopped coming at night.

The question is: No matter how deep you love your wife/ girlfriend, will you dare to sleep with your dead wife/girlfriend still covered with white shroud in the coffin for 3 nights?????

i spent 3hrs on changing my blogskin just now..
everything went well except for some glitches..

for the past few days i have been listening to MJ12 with my 2nd brother, we didnt know there's MJ12 in youtube..
so we listened to it for 2hrs in the afternoon since my brother is working at night..
the funny thing is that whenever i wanted to listen to any ghost stories that has to do with the lift, he plucked out his earpiece becox he always comes back home at wee hours..
i think he didnt want his mind to run wild when he is in the lift at night..
i feel much bravier listening to MJ12 in the day..
as for my 3rd brother, he always asks me to accompany him to watch DVD or free movies from MIO Singtel tv..
i spent hours watching movies with him..
now he is ransacking the cupboard to find good DVD..

my nieces and nephews helped me too even the 9 year old one..

i hope i wont have difficulty in sleeping bekox since it's holiday, i always sleep after 2am..

Umi & i had changed our presents for Mas quite a lot of times..
we wanted something cool yet practical for Mas to use rather than using it as a display..
to start off, we gave her our meaningful, "sea animal" themed bday card!!

Sorry for e late update..
Ive been busy with spring cleaning, baking kuih, ironing curtains and e list goes on..
On sat, i met w bffs n celebrated mas' bday!
I was a mini one though bt i was excited when mas opened each present..
E journey in geylang was "toot"!
It was so humid, crowded and worst there was an accident..
I didnt witness it bt mas did bkoz umi n i walked ahead first..
Mas told us then brought us to e scene..
We saw a pakcik lying on e floor with his hand covered with blood..
Passers by n maybe stall vendors helped e pakcik bt i think he couldnt get up..
I can even hear some people commented, "Poor bus driver".
However i think e pakcik was at fault becoz he jay walked despite e high volume of traffic..
Nevetheless i pray for e best for both parties..
Then met up with my parent and went shopping..
Oh ya umi bought a pink baju kurung and honestly to me it is awesome!
She bought purple bengali suit too..
Mas n i rilek je..
Hehe, we didnt get anyting except that she bought bracelet n did henna..
Finally, ard 9.45 we left geylang..
I was perspiring and tired that i didnt notice my hair was in a mess..
Fuhhh!

i will meet Umi and Mas to buka at Geylang (again, i will nvr get bored going there)..
then i will meet my parents to shop for Hari Raya curtains, carpet, flowers, my mum's baju kurung and many more, hehe..
i cant wait to hang the curtains and do spring cleaning..

Abil n i went to far east plaza to find his mum's hari raya-cum-bday shoes..
I tink we scoured for e shoes around e place about 10x bt nothing suits his mum..
I felt very exhausted n weak since we are fasting..
Its already 6.30 bt we were still at e same place..
Then we decided to go to BK at ION and will buy e shoe at AMK hub..
When we rched AMK hub, a silverish gray diamond shoes caught our eyes and i just grabbed it!
I was so happy becoz e shoe is perfect!
When i rchd hm i showed her e shoes n she wanted to buy it as well!
See, isnt tis shoe suits mak2 very well?
Hehe..

Im so happy today!
I bought Gegebo 4!!!
I went to bazaar geylang w my TP mates n we shopped a lot!
Esp zafirah for e first time she just bought what she wanted without thinking 4 too long..
She got a long satin skirt, 8 brooches for $10 n i forgot alrdy.. Hehe!
Ayu bought her kebaya top for $40 and nisha got for herself triple kerongsang for $18..
Oh! Btw we had a funny n scary encounter when we break our fast just nw..
A so called mad man or idk came to us n gave us food..
Then he said he felt happy when he saw us talking n laughing heartily..
Then! He wanted to sit with us! We got panicked n zaf said no..
He raved n ranted n went off..
When he got off we were supposedly to get scared bt we laughed non stop..
After digesting our food zaf n ayu rushed to e nearest playground 4 "their" swings..
Gosh! Wat an experience..
Haha..
Nw i have rched hm, i cnt wait to watch Gegebo 4!

Today, i will officially start baking kuih but i will have to wait for my mum to reach home first from work..
im so excited!
supposedly, we have to start baking last Friday but my mum said she was too tired after coming back from work..
since today she works half day so by hook or by crook we have to bake..
btw, i just realised my family didnt switch on lampu lap lip maybe because we are too busy to notice..
so since we have a week more to raya and im having my holidays, i will take charge and switch it on today!!!

on the other note, i tried to fill in NTUC childcare job application via online just now..
im just trying my luck and hopefully i'll get it so that i wont rot at home..

tmr, no not tmr, actually it is later this afternoon at 4pm, we are going to have our drama..
drama as in our assessment, we need to act a children story..
and i tell u in the drama we need to incorporate in dance, instrument, singing!
my group is very nervous..
just now in school we practised and i kind of sprained my ankle a bit..
i realised it when i reach home..
hopefully it will not aggravate..
while trying too hard to memorise the lyrics for our dance song, i forgot my steps a lot and it worries me a lot..
guess what?
now the clock shows 2.47AM and i am practising my drama+dance alone in my living room..
i feel like a mad woman but i dont care because i need it in order for me to remember my steps and cues..
i dont want any bloopers or hiccups..
im perspiring like mad now..
hopefully tmr's drama goes well..
im worried if i forget to press the sound effects, dance steps or anything!
im not worried about the dialogue because i have memorised it by heart since weeks ago..

ok since it is the last 2-3 weeks before holidays, my schedule is very PACKED with assignments and projects..
and i just realised that my poster design and write up is due this monday..
the best thing, i havent done anything (except for my write up)..
luckily i have done e report first..
tmr the girls will be coming to my hse to do drama props and GC puppet..
so i have to do the poster now..
and now, my clock shows 12am..
by hook or by crook, i have to finish the poster in 4hrs time (Sahur skali)..
then i will be having my term tests in 1-2 weeks time and i havent studied anything yet..
my lecturer reminded us at least to study chapter 1 to 10 first..
when we heard that, i was like "What 10 chapters??? I havent even settled my projects and assignments and she wants us to study 10 chapters first???"
another thing, it's not 10 chapters, there's still 1-2 more chapters actually that we havent learnt yet..
nvm, 2-3 more weeks to go then i can enjoy my fasting month and Hari Raya!!!
better start doing my poster..

today is my first day of sch (reopen) and it's such a sleepy day...
i felt so horribly sleepy that Loretta noticed my finger twitched when i had my catnap just now during the 3 hr break..
oh! b4 that we had ghost storytelling session and it was freaaakkyyyy..
ok, stop, me and my ghost stories...
luckily i had sch today because my house had 2 visitors just now..
it all started with my Dad and all my dad's siblings thought my dad is sick but actually no..
i dont wanna go into details kox it will boil my blood!
they came really early and my mum just came out from the bathroom with towel on her and they had to come at the "right" time..
ok.. that's all..
i just got back from sch and feel kind of tired and still have to do kindergarten newsletter..

i had a tremendous day ytdy with my girls and Abil..
we went to Henderson Wave, finally!
initially we got lost but managed to find the place..
however, when we reached there the stairs were OMGosh, freaking high and steep..
Mas and i had a hard time..
Abil and Umi can still chat with each other while climbing up the stairs..
but then, when we reached up there, we felt so happy coz finally we got to see and reach the bridge..
after that we headed to Vivo to grab a bite and after which Mas had to *ehem2*..
haha!
left with me, Abil and Umi and we went to S'pore Expo because there were sales!!!
Umi and i got rings, bracelet and earrings!!!
they were VERY authentic ok and i doubt i can get those stuff elsewhere..
but we were so upset koz the dresses were too expensive for a flea market/sale..
so we didnt shop much for dresses..
then we proceeded to Clementi to eat KFC and thinking of going to Chinese Garden park..
but when we reach Clementi Mall (newly built), it's already 8pm..
by the time we wait for the long queue at KFC and finish our food, it's already 9.15pm..
so we decided to abort the plan to Chinese Garden park and surf around Clementi Mall..
it was pretty huge and Umi recommended us to eat Baskin Robbins ice cream..
and we did!!
Abil and i chose World of Chocolate and Almond Coffee flavour..
we chose Caramel+Chocolate+Vanilla flavour and i tell u the ice cream is CHEWY!!!
i love chewy stuff (except for chewing gum -_-)..
i promise myself to eat the ice cream again but i shall try Mango and Green Tea flavour..
i really had a great time together..
we planned to go for karaoke session next time!!
hope it will happen before fasting month!!! =)

i had been sleeping at my sis' house for the past 3 days..
fortunately she didn't tell me any ghost stories and i managed to sleep..
i felt so happy in the morning for being able to sleep soundly because previously (when i slept in her house months ago) i couldnt sleep at all till 6am..
i kept remembering her ghost stories in the house..
hmmmmmmmmmmmm.........
i felt elated too because i watched 3 Hindi movies!!
it was awesome!
oh, my nephews are sooo cute and i kiss them a lot so that i wont miss them..
however after 3 days there, i decided to come home because i was homesick..
i just miss my house environment and nothing else..
besides that, i have to check my school email and guess what?
i have 11 emails!!

school gonna start next week..
