on Friday while i was on bus 72 otw way, i saw a banner from Hougang CC.. they are going to hold a Halloween party at blk 627 (Hougang)!! there will be Halloween games and activities.. the ticket is only $3.. and the residents who will be coming must dress up and there will be a winner for the best Halloween costume.. gosh how i wish i could go with lots of friends.. but i know who would want to dress up like a ghost then have to wash back all the make up and change up before heading home??? i know im the only one who would want to experience Halloween?? hmm i think so..? the purpose of me wanting to experience all of these festives not because of e spiritual stuff or what.. its just to respect and understand other's cultures and have fun.. i dont see any harm.. for some who may have known me long enough, they should know i will be very excited on Hari Raya, Christmas and Halloween because i have experienced good childhood moments on those periods.. that is why i want to revive back the emotions and atmosphere.. same goes with other festive celebrations like Deepavali, Chinese New Year and many more! some people may give this "attitude", why must celebrate others' festive seasons?? or indifferent and give this strong emotion when other race celebrates other races' festive season? well, enough said.. ive been thinking if i realllyyy were to go for Halloween, what should i dress up as???
